Hey Good Leader! I’ve got a brand new intention. It has been a long time since my last YouTube video (and a haircut!). Things have changed for Sponge. I want to bring you into the loop with that and share with you why.

We’ve been talking a lot internally about this new “purpose ready” label. Unlike purpose led people, they are on the cusp of their purpose business journey. They are making all the right decisions for the world in their private life but haven’t connected it to their business.

There was a time where I was purpose ready and didn’t know what to do. In this video I share that moment. I take you back to the summer day in 2015 that destroyed that version of me. And I’ll share what we’ve just committed to. I hope it excites you and entices you to follow along.
