If you’re not saying HELL YEAH! about it, say no!

If you’re not saying “HELL YEAH!” about it, say “no.”!

Can decisions be this binary?????

Since hearing Tim Ferriss on Derek Sivers (of CD Baby) in Tools of Titans, Derek’s “hell yeah!” or “no” criteria has stuck.

Derek Sivers

It’s been sounding off like an alarm in me for a bunch of choices I’m getting to make:

?? Do I want this new client for my company?

?? Do I want to attend this event?

?? Do I want this person on our team?

?? Do I want to date this woman?

I am loving the ease of these decisions when asking that question!

It’s great when it can be that clear cut (but not all things are!). And it helps to have clarity of purpose and values for my life so a “hell yeah” is easy.

What do you think of this binary criteria?
And what choices for you are “hell yeah!” or “no”?

Tools of Titans is a great book btw, only recently available on Audible, so new to me.
